Killing 95% of all the enemies (not including nightmares either) with the weapon in question will level it up and/or extract the pattern. You can easily level deep sight weapons, do catalyst kill grinding, etc. People want the CP instead of doing the wish wall because the wish for the Shuro CP is annoying af to punch in. That wish takes a lot of shooting and if you fuck it up you have to start over. why waste time on ... For Shuro Chi, recommend being on Hunter with Orpheus, basically tether the first wave and the last wave, kill everything with the weapon you want exp for. I tend to average 2 minute clears with 50-60% of the level complete for the weapon (I find its a lot faster than Team Scorched) you just occasionally end up spending a banner.I used to farm here, but after trying shuro chi and thrallway again, its genuinely like 3-4x less efficient, I would not recommend it at all.
