It was stored in my dads basement on the floor and the city storm drain backed up and put 3in of water into the machine. I tried to use it the other day and this is what happened.Screwing around with this machine and trying to teach myself to weld - a friend is selling to me over time for $300 which seemed like a good deal.... any way I started to use it and it was working just fine and the wire stopped feeding and some of the wire got tangled on the spool.You need to blow out your cable liner, while your doing this make sure your contact tip is clean and unobstructed. Also make sure that your drive roll tension is not to much, enough to move the wire but not enough to push it when you have the wire held at the gun.Cleanliness in a wirefeed insures problem free usability. Hello. Info please. I have a used lincoln sp-125 hd. I bought this for a upcomming thin-wall exhaust project. Thought id get in some practice for a while before i attempt the actual thing.
